Judge to hear spill-related subpoena dispute between CSB and Transocean

U.S. District Judge Lee Rosenthal has set an April 11 hearing on a dispute between the U.S. Chemical Safety Board and Transocean over whether the board has jurisdiction to subpoena company documents related to the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
